Charles Window Company

The windows seem to be of good quality. I was not impressed with the timeline though. I was given a date 5 weeks after ordering them that the windows would arrive, then they would be installed shortly after. They were just installed (Bill and his assistant were great!) last week. That makes it 12 weeks from the date that I ordered them. I wouldn't have been too upset if I had received a call every week or two letting me know the status of my order. The only information I ever got was by calling Charles every couple weeks, and he kept promising they would be installed soon. If you don't care about how long it takes, then feel free to go with them, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would have zero stars if it was an option. We had windows installed by Charles window company. Charles was great about the information for the windows and explaining the installation. He mentioned he had a hard time finding quality installers, and he was right. We had windows that were installed the wrong size, incorrectly, and borderline insecurely. Our bathroom window was measured and ordered incorrectly , so we had the wrong window for 6 months until they could change it. Our bathroom windows were worse. They were installed to an interior wall, and were not sealed to the outside. We had a ton of bugs because of this, and I finally had to reinstall the window myself (because they wouldn’t.) The mounding on 8 of 10 interior windows did not lineup, so I have to replace all of that as wel

I am thrilled with my new Windows! I ordered my Windows they came about 3 weeks later as promised. Scott installed them the next week and they fit like a glove! The staff at Charles Windows and Scott and his helper are very professional and pleasant. Thank You!

I bought windows from here a few years back. They are great quality windows and the customer service was excellent. I am buying 6 more windows from them this year. Again great customer service! I haven't received the windows yet but I'm sure they are quality windows at a great price. If I ever need windows again I would keep coming back to them.

The women that answers the phone is awful! Very rude, very unprofessional. I called to see the estimated install date and she almost had me in tears by her nasty attitude and horrible customer service. The experience was so bad I will not recommend this company to anyone! I believe she is the owners wife or girlfriend, and that doesn’t make an excuse for her! Horrible, unprofessional, nasty person!!!! I had to pick 1 star because I would’ve chosen ZERO, just because of her!!! Do not recommend
