J C Overhead Door

We had a great experience with JC Overhead Door! The office staff was quick to respond and answer any questions, the owner came out to give us a quote shortly after our initial call, and our installers Logan and Bradyn were fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly cover everything they did during the install and the features of the new door. We highly recommend JC Overhead Door and installers Logan and Bradyn!

This morning I had a problem with my automatic garage door. My Jeep stuck inside and the door was 1/4 of the way down and stuck. I called the office and told them my problem. They didn't hesitate to help. A call and within two hours someone was there to help me. He opened the door so I could back my Jeep out and managed to close the door so our home was secure. The young man who came out was skilled and professional. He measured for the replacement parts that I need. I have used JC Overhead Door before. When I couldn't find anyone to help me....even the company who sold and installed my door was a flop. I am thankful that a problem this morning was taken care of.............I know it will be repaired soon and with skill.

I'm very pleased with the work received from JC Overhead Door. They installed openers on my two garage doors a few years ago at a very fair price and have been back to provide routine maintenance on an annual basis. Both on the phone and in person they are some of the most polite and friendliest folks I've done business with.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the service was impeccable. The guys who came out to check our opener were courteous and ready to replace the opener right then. The whole process was easy and stress free and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on a garage door.

Great service, no complaints! Technician was on time, knowledgeable, kind and polite. Door was fixed (spring system) in like an hour or so. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
