If I could put more than a 5 I would. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help fix the heat in my home. Anytime we called they were trying to fix problems and gave many suggestions. Ladies if your plumber can't get to you for aday or two and husband is out of town . Than call Superior supply and they will walk you through it and show you what parts you need to replace your new faucett. Woke up to a cold house on a Saturday. Not many supply houses are open on the weekends here. I gave superior a call, the counterman said bring my old part in and he would match it up. When I got there, he was on the phone with another fella who was out of heat. He offered to stay "a little late" as they were closing at noon and the customer was coming from far away. As soon as he was done with the phone call and I showed him the part I needed, WITHIN 30 SECONDS I had the new correct part in my hand. I have worked auto parts at dealerships for 30 years, and this counterman knocked it out of the park! Experience, knowledge, the right part the first time, FRIENDLY, and fair price. IDK how many more times I will need them, but they have a customer for life and will recommend to everyone.

The blower in my furnace died and the local hvac repair company wanted $1100 to replace it. I called Superior Supply and spoke with Tony. He gave me some simple instructions on how to remove it from my furnace, it took me 25 minutes. I brought it in and he installed a new motor and capacitor for $300. I brought it back home, installed it and my furnace is running again. Tony saved me $800 for less than an hour of work.
