Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. We had a faucet installed by them. The workers were kind and seemed knowledgeable—I have nothing negative to say about them. However, when the sprayer on the faucet didn’t seem to be functioning properly afterward, the follow-up was extremely disappointing. I first left a voicemail—no response. Two weeks later, I reached out via Facebook Messenger. My first message appeared to have been read, but I didn’t receive a reply. The next day, I followed up and said I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but that this was poor business. Three minutes later, I received a response saying they hadn’t gotten a notification of my first message. I explained the issue and sent a picture. This is my go to business. Very professional, easy to talk to and they get the job done. I've used them in the past for heating/pipe issues. Today I had to give them a call to get my water tank replaced. Called them about 8:30am , here a couple hours later and did the job. I definitely recommend this business. Thank you Osbrun's for always getting me fixed right and quick.

I can't say enough good things about Osburn Mechanical. I've been calling on them for services for a couple of years now, and they are consistently responsive, helpful, and friendly. Every technician I've met takes the time to explain what they're doing, they're transparent about all of the costs, they're conscientious about maintaining a standard of cleanliness, and they're responsible about getting projects done in a reasonable time. I've had their technicians come by for routine maintenance, but I've also had them come out in the dead of winter when my heater stopped working, and they got my house back to a safe temperature all while being cost conscious. Truly, I cannot recommend Osburn mechanical plumbing and heating more. They're spectacular at what they do.

Got an appliance installed, which is a bit outside of their advertised services. However, the office was friendly, quick and found a place for us immediately. Markus was professional and respectful of my wife, dogs and son. They came in under what we thought it would and provided great service. Will use again! Thanks guys!
