I was put in contact with Kevin, from Pioneer, by a colleague. From the onset Kevin treated us with professionalism and grace. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. He came out to assess our boiler issue and thoroughly talked me through my current system and was transparent about the corrective actions that would need to take place. He was able to email me a quote and fit me into his schedule much quicker than the other companies that I had gotten quotes from. Communication and prompt service highlighted our experience with Pioneer. We were made to feel that our emergency was their emergency. I wish I could give them more stars. I called got an appointment right away, Kevin came checked it out we needed a new furnace ( ours was from 1972 and giving off a unusual odor) he gave us an estimate we thought was very reasonable and had it installed the next day. They are awesome !

We recently purchased an older home and called this company to inspect and service multiple HVAC units. They also installed two smart thermostats, replaced a thermostatic cartridge in our shower, and diagnosed and fixed an issue with our closed hot water system. Every visit was on time, the techs were professional, and communication was excellent. Their pricing is very fair for the quality of work they provide. We’re extremely satisfied and highly recommended for both HVAC and plumbing work.
