Their basic package was what I selected and the job was amazing They were quick and my rugs were not saturated when they left. I will definitely use them again! I use my own rug cleaning machine but it gets to a point you need a professional. I am so impressed at how easy it was to get an appointment, they arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned the rugs.

I had my house deep cleaned, for the first time, yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service. The technician, Justin Torres, was professional, punctual, and very thorough, taking the time to explain the process, products and answer any questions, which helped me to understand which option was best for my home. Justin took great care with my furnishings and was also mindful of my pets, moving carefully and making sure they were comfortable and safe throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again and highly recommend Justin to anyone in need of professional deep cleaning.

The.Best. This is the second time that Owen of ChemDry saved our carpets after our 85 pound German shepherd had severe GI illness all over our ivory colored custom made rugs. I can't even say how much we appreciate his professionalism and his skill and his meticulous approach. He is a master of stain removal.
