Brandon & Danny came to our home the same morning we called after we lost our water. In addition to pulling up and replacing our faulty pump, they installed a 40 gallon pressure tank, and removed obsolete chlorinator and sand filter. They relocated the new tank so that it is in the garage rather than in the crawlspace. All of this was accomplished in time for our water to be restored that same afternoon. Brandon & Danny were very polite and professional. They kept me updated throughout the diagnostic phase and provided multiple options on how to proceed. They even consulted our water treatment provider before making changes to the water system. I highly recommend Curtis Drilling.

This is a top-notch business. I can't say enough good things about Curtis Drilling. Chad (the owner) has been blessed with a team of employees who know how to do their jobs expertly. Chad was great in taking the time to talk with me throughout the entire process. Communication with all his team members was fantastic. Not once did I have to wait for a follow-up call more than 24 hours; it was usually less than 8 hours. Every time I met someone, they were never late, always right on time or early.

Curtis drilling was recommended by my plumber and now I can recommend them too. Within an hour of my calling, I got a call from Clay saying that he was on his way. Both Clay and Adam were great, they quickly identified that the pump needed to be replaced and within a couple hours they were done and I had water again. Turns out that Curtis Drilling was also the same company that installed the well 20 years ago when the house was built. If you need great responsiveness, excellent service, and knowledgable people, these guys are the ones to call.

One of the plumbing fittings broke inside our well on Thanksgiving weekend. I called them first thing on Monday morning and they were able to get a technician right out. They did a great job and they're fair. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them as well. UPDATE 6.25.24 We woke up to no water. We called Curtis right away and they said that they could fit us in. They got to us quickly and diagnosed it as a bad pump. They had a pump on the truck and replaced the pump, wiring, tubing and pressure switch. Clay and his helper did a great job! You couldn't ask for nicer people to work with.

We had no water last Friday. Called this big well known company who scheduled us in 3 days later, came 3 hrs late, replaced a switch and still no water. They said they didn’t know why it wasn’t working :( So now we had no water for five days. Called Curtis Drilling and they came the same day and replaced the pump and pressure tank and we now have our water back!! Will always go with Curtis Drilling now! They’re the best! We are so happy right now. Thank you so much, guys!!!!
