I cannot say enough good things about this company. Somehow by the grace of god they work with our terrible home warranty company and we were lucky to get matched with them. We were out of hot water and I am 8.5 months pregnant and we have 16 month old twins and Lori and Doug were just above and beyond. They were empathetic and worked their butts off to get us a new water heater through the home warranty company. We are so grateful for their incredible communication and work. I would highly recommend working with this company!

From start to finish, this company was amazing! They were assigned to us by our home warranty company. They promptly called and got us scheduled for same-day service. They called around 9am, gave us an 11am time estimate, and the techs arrived right on time. They helped me work through getting a warranty claim completed on my water heater, picked up the new one an hour away, and installed it with no complaints. Literally, they sat around the kitchen table with me, on the phone with the manufacturer, for over an hour. I'm astounded by the level of service and so thankful!

Wish I had asked his name but he was in Petersburg monday morning 8-11-25 and replaced my water heater. Very very professional nice guy! Explained everything to me and then some. Then we talked about video games. Lol good service is hard to find these days! A+
