Excellent upgrade and about time to do with Temperature fluctuations and extreme weather , Hall air and Jonathan West created a package for year round temperature control with surge protection. The installation team was timely and fast not neglecting my systems features. Glad to work with them and will be able to keep temperature control and comfort they are close by for any maintenance matters.

In December 2025, I had Hall Air install a Mitsubishi mini-split in my garage...absolutely love it! It was great working with Jonathan, Grayson, Jacob, Jo-Jo and Tucker...really fantastic group of guys...friendly, professional and they know what they're doing. I also wanted to thank Lani in the office...always so pleasant on the phone and so efficient. Thanks again Jonathan for all your help. My HVAC installation was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan was professional, prompt and incredibly friendly throughout the process. He explained everything clearly. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly. I highly recommend this team!

Excellent experience! It was freezing and our furnace stopped working and no one would come out to look at it, but Hall Air was able to come out and fix our issue same day as we called. Scott was an amazing technician who worked tirelessly going above and beyond until he was able to bring our furnace back into operating properly preventing us from freezing in our home during an unprecedented cold front.

I rarely write reviews but will make an exception when service is outstanding. That is the case with Hall Air. Hall provided exceptional service when I was without heat for a few days. I called on a Sunday afternoon and got their answering service. The person I spoke with was very helpful. Sunday evening, Lani with Hall reached out via text to say she could send a technician the next day (Monday). It started snowing Monday morning, but that didn't stop Hall from arriving. I got a text early afternoon letting me know the technician, Scott, was on his way. While I waited, I called the office to discuss payment.
