Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

We moved into our house two years ago and loved the kitchen except for the worn black countertop. Replacing it would have also entailed replacing tile. Luckily we found Miracle Method. Talking to Elizabeth and seeing the showroom convinced us that Miracle Method would work for our kitchen. Elizabeth came to help us choose a color. She very clearly told us what to expect. When the techs came to do the job, everything went as described. Oliver was professional and respectful. The finished product is perfect. We got a kitchen makeover for far less than our original budget.

What a wonderful experience. The work is excellent and done by a skilled and professional craftsman. I started with one bathroom and was so pleased that we were able to touch all three. The work, the look and the outcome was exceptional. I can't say enough about Ryan, the craftsman and Elizabeth, the owner. She came to our home and assisted in the design and worked so closely with us, picking out the right hardware, colors and making the process so smooth. Highly recommend. Elizabeth from Miracle Method did a fantastic job helping us select the color for our counter-top refinishing. Both knowledgeable and professional Elizabeth was so right when she stated that the person who would be refinishing our counter-top would be excellent in their craft. Our counter-tops are stunning!! Chris neatly set up a tent enclosure, he was neat and precise with every detail, and he took the time to clean up any trace that he had been there other than our beautiful newly finished counter-tops!! I cannot thank Chris enough for the amazing quality, he truly takes great care in his craft! I will be calling and requesting Chris personally for future projects no doubt! From start to finish, Miracle Method Richmond did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel project! We love knowing that a perfectly good tub and shower was brought back to life versus being put into a landfill. Our master bathroom looks so bright, cheery and feels so fresh. UPDATED: Miracle Method came out and repaired our tub under warranty nearly 2 years later. This is outstanding customer service and care at it's best. I don't usually write reviews but unfortunately miracle method has not been what I'd hoped for. We got our bathroom refinished in 2021 and it was a beautiful transformation and result right away. The unfortunate part is that we've had to have it repaired three times, and it needs to be repaired again. The second time we called for a repair, less than a year after it was completed we were told we'd have to pay out of pocket because it was unusual and we must be doing something to cause this to happen.
