Chesterfield Irrigation Co has become my one-stop shop for all things irrigation. Recently, I ran into an issue with my backflow. I tend to be a do-it-yourselfer, so I decided to tackle it myself. I called them up, looking for some advice while I brainstormed how I might replace the shut-off valve to my backflow. You might think a business would be hesitant to give away free advice, but their serviceman was incredibly helpful. He freely offered suggestions on my plan and even presented other possible options. I bought the necessary parts from them and successfully completed the repair. They've definitely earned my future business for anything I can't handle on my own. However, I do have one minor quibble: Come on guys offer a military discount.

The lady named Sheri is so difficult to work with, she clearly has no customer service skills, she does not listen at all let alone understand what the customer is saying, and she just hangs the calls up in the middle of the conversation. Absolutely has a distasteful tone. I hope i dont ever have to deal with her. If Chesterfield irrigation will lose me as a clientele it is because of this Sheri lady. On the other hand Tabitha is wonderful to work with, patient is listening the requirements and answering well.

Jason was very informative, explaining in detail the process of putting in and maintaining a lawn sprinkler system. He walked around with us, noting some challenging spots we have, and listened to what we envisioned. After measuring and sketching a rough draft, Jason pointed out the various zones/sprinkler heads he was proposing and explained how he planned to give coverage for some of our landscaping, while watering our grassy areas. We were happy to hear that installing this late in the season was not a problem. Chesterfield Irrigation offers a maintenance package that includes start up in the spring and shut down in the fall. The Initial Installation Costs Include these services Through fall of 2025, so we wouldn’t have extra expenses until spring of 2026. It will be about a week-10 day

Chesterfield Irrigation installed a system at my business in Maryland Heights 2 years ago. A few things to note: their manager, a guy named Jason, knows his stuff. I got three bids. Jason's was a fair amount lower which caused a red flag in my mind. However, he explained all the details. The install was on time, well done and without a "price increase surprise". Now, it's two years later and the system works well. I called Jason to tell him I was going to plant some trees. He came out the same day and marked my property so I would dig properly. Now, that's service. A+ for Chesterfield Irrigation.
