Total Softwash Solutions

Everyone is very nice however the windows dried with spots and smears and they haven’t come out to fix it like they said they would. Initially they were very responsive but then they stopped responding and haven’t reached back out. I’m hoping that they do and we can resolve this. Edit: They came back out and fixed the outside windows. Easy to work with and helpful. Edit: So the sun if finally out and you can see all the marks. So disappointed in the cleaning and cost. They only thing good is they are pleasant to talk to and usually responsive/ helpful.

The Total Softwash team did an outstanding job with the cleaning of our house. Bryer and his team did a great job. The siding, gutters and fascia look brand new. They were extremely thorough and took great care of the house, the result were better than expected. I would recommend calling Total Softwash if you need the exterior of your house cleaned.

Did excellent work c but they missed 4 spots, otherwise I would’ve gave them 5 stars. The debris that was washed off the siding landed on the Coach light fixtures on the sides of the garage door, missed a mud dobbers nest on the front of the house in a corner and some debris on the soffit in front of the house

Very satisfying to see our home transformed into something worth keeping. Like new Your young men working were excellent You could see the care they gave and that was impressive and important to me. A man home is his castle and you guys gave me some pride Thx again

They were able to put up Christmas lights before Thanksgiving like we wanted. They accommodated our red and green color request without an extra charge, sent a professional estimate and communicated well with their timing. We love how it looked this year!!!
