Jeremy was fantastic from day one! I love that he will get you an estimate same day. He was so patient and wonderful with my 4 yo while trying to be quiet while my 1 yo was napping. The floors turned out amazing! I could not be happier. The guys did a great job, even though it was quite the undertaking replacing all of the flooring on our main level as well as replacing all new baseboards with it. Pricing was competitive and affordable. We really appreciated all the hard work and the beautiful finish.

We found this company through Angi. Within minutes they called and set up a consult for a few days later. We wanted to have someone install a runner on our steps up to the kids rooms. We shared our hopes of having it done before Thanksgiving. They were honest and professional and kept us updated on everything. They cared about making us feel happy and certain about our decision. Chris came a few days later to do some measurements and also installed the carpet. He was on time and very personable and knowledgeable. Our entire experience was excellent. Jeremy was easy to work with and helped us select a beautiful floor. Allison was very responsive with questions and scheduling. The installation of the flooring and baseboards was perfect. Definitely plan on using them in the future for the rest of our house.

We had some issues up front because our main contact left the company, but once the owner personally got involved things went much smoother. The installers were scheduled for 3 days to do the install, but they got it done in 1 day and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new floor. It looks great.
