Had a furnace replacement. Excellent service from the beginning to the completion of the job! Jim, the person who came out to give the proposal was extremely friendly and super helpful. Not the slightest bit pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable. Doug and Matt did the installation and were also friendly and did a very professional job. Overall I couldn't be more satisfied. Fresh Air gets my highest recommendation!

Above & Beyond. Furnance went out Saturday night, was able to get a service call to diagnose the issue same day. Repair happened Monday. Thankful, as temps will drop into single digits later this week. Big shout out to the technicians for making this happen, unparalleled customer service as well. Highly recommend.
