Alex is just awesome, he made sure every little problem was mentioned and documented to me with photos, he went over everything with me while we were on my roof. He pointed out the problems and made sure he fixed them correctly not only for his liability purpose but for his customers peace of mind. I’m telling you, you will not regret anything, him and his team did an astounding job on my roof, everything is laying flat and looking beautiful especially with the architectural shingles! It was well worth every penny spent, he educated me on the roofing materials and made sure I understood why he added certain things. I am very please and happy with everything. John Collins of Home Perfect Exteriors was just on time after a hailstorm and he got the job! He was very helpful and knowledgeable that we were able to file a storm damage claim from my insurance and have the fund immediately available. David Walsh, the production manager coordinated with me with delivery of materials and schedule of actual roofing works. Roofers finished work in a day but have to come back the next day for another 2 hours. An inspection team member came on third day to make some fixes and took some more old nails from the ground for safety. I am happy of the new roof and it looks beautiful!

I really enjoyed working with HPE. I needed my roof and gutters replaced. Nik showed up quickly to go over all the details. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was in communication with the insurance company throughout the whole process. After the job was done, everything was cleaned up and tidy. This is a very reputable company who does good business.
