Shane was awesome. Did an excellent job of trouble shooting what happened after I had an overload line melt / smoke. Proposed a complete solution while also addressing my separate breaker box concerns. He helped me to form a complete game plan for both issues and Recon will most certainly be who I look to for my upcoming major electrical work. Always nice to find a go to company for each category and I now have electrical in the bag.

Recon Electric has provided excellent service! I had my panel replaced, with a whole home surge protector and another circuit added. Not only was the work done extremely well and in a timely fashion, it was also done at a very affordable price!! I appreciate the top-notch customer service (Stephanie), as well as the very friendly, efficient, and competent technician (Brandon S.). Definitely my go-to electricians!

This is a top notch company. From the first call with Stephanie, to Russell coming out to give an estimate, to Luke and Brandon performing the work. They were all very professional, kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. When Russell got there to do the estimate, I told him we kept having breakers tripping so he started there. He found a fire hazard with our panel and explained what we were looking at. He took pictures/videos (explaining everything he was seeing and what was needing to be done) of the panel, plus everything else we were wanting/needing done. This was so that they could document everything for the electricians coming out to work on it (if we chose to go with them). He sent me the picture of the panel opened to show the problem. Recon Electric has been great to work with from every step of the way. Each person I communicated with was very professional. The work they did was first rate. It is exactly what I was wanting done. I had them add an external outlet and replace some outlets that were not up to code standards in my basement and a surge protector for the house. If I ever need electrical work done again I will be using them in the future. Very reasonable pricing, timely and efficient. I do appreciate that they are veteran owned. I would recommend to my family and friends

I was more delighted with my experience with the installation made by the electrician from RECON Electric than I have ever been with my experience with any other tradesman. Exceeded all expectations. I thought my specifications for the job were challenging, but he actually improved on them at his own initiative. Simply stated, it was a truly inspiring encounter.
