Chesterfield Villas

I've been living here for six years, and I'm truly impressed by the staff. I can't imagine what I'd do without their kindness, patience, and willingness to help. They're always there when I need them. We have a great time together, and making friends is easy. The residents are fascinating, and I enjoy chatting with new people. One of my favorite things is happy hour! We have the best time together.

I highly recommend Chesterfield Villas. I brought my brother, from out of town, over 7 years ago. When he was admitted, he was in very poor physical condition due to his inability to properly care for himself. During his stay here, everyone working at the Villas showed him genuine care and helped him deal with all issues that came up. He has thrived here. He has been able to feel safe and able to regain his highest level of living his life. As a friend of mine told me, the Villas was "the best environment for him to thrive." I will never be able to give enough thanks to the people at the Villas. His long stay there and his progress are directly due to their commitment to take care of him/people entrusted to their care.

4 only because nothing is perfect. Becky, the admission director, was 5 stars. Becky was warm, friendly, knowledgeable....and took the time to reseach hubby's health issue. She then knew how/where Villas could help us

Saw the Chesterfield Villas group in the valley, one of the seniors called an aid or assistant over for help unloading her cart and the nursing aid was extremely rude to her. At first she said the store employee would do it and just walked away. My husband and I almost helped the lady because we felt bad for her. Then the nursing aid came back and just dumped the woman’s reusable shopping bags out onto the conveyor with no care whatsoever. I don’t know what that Debbies womans problem is but she needs an attitude adjustment or a new job, I wouldn’t want her helping my loved one. Nurse ratchet vibes.

I have been here for two years. I have met a staff of people who have been exceptionally cooperative, capable and helpful to all the needs I have required. I have been very comfortable particularly since I am reaching my 100th birthday on the second of November.
