HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT ENGAGE! They deserve a ZERO!! They sent a truck out that was full and they couldn’t empty our tank so the guy said he would be back to empty the tank and never returned!! We were charged $400 no refunds! No return calls from the Manager or customer service!! They confirmed another appointment and never showed up, waited ALL DAY too!!! Sooooo UNRELIABLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Buyer BEWARE!! Ps we never got our refund! Proceeding legally!!

Too bad there is no place for zero stars. The most common repair on the newer septic systems is replacing the diaphragms on the aerator pump. They need replacing every 3-5 years. I had one replaced in 2022 when Church View was privately owned for $339.00. This June 6th I placed a service request after speaking with three different people in Massachusetts. After filling out a credit card charge with E-sign, a service call was scheduled. On June 9th I received a text that the repairs were completed. Then I received and estimate for the repair for $850.00 on top of the $230.00 I had already paid for "evaluation ". Why would you go on a service call without the parts for the very most common repair? DO NOT CALL CHURCH VIEW FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

Zero stars is more accurate! 2 years ago Church View was individually owned and they were wonderful. Wind River Environmental bought them out now and there is no communication except through customer service. No one will call you back. Don't waste your time!

Time will tell if the work they did was accurate, but their customer service is horrible. Multiple calls and messages left unanswered, was quoted a price then it increased by 1,000.00, and was charged for a service they did not even perform. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone, stay clear of this company.
