GOD BLESS THIS COMPANY- AMAZING SERVICE & PRICE! - rescued 2 widows in arctic temps! We ran out of fuel during the arctic blast ‘26 (5-degrees at night). Our regular supplier couldn’t deliver for 2 days. Clayton not only delivered the same day - they were at our home in 20 mins. Mom had heat & hot water in under 1 hour!!!! This was literal life & death.

Couldn’t be happier! Woke up to a cold house (our fault as we ran out of oil). I called around 9am and they were able to deliver the same day. I was told ahead of time it would be later in the day/evening — which we didn’t care because everyone else said no to same day. They came around 7:30pm. The extra hours they put in to come to the rescue is above and beyond! The delivery guy was so nice and appreciative that we shoveled a path through the ice and snow to our oil pipes. I can’t count the times he said thank you, and my response was “no, THANK YOU!” Our house is warming back up as we speak. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was told they would be able to deliver oil on a specific date, but the service was later denied. The way the situation was handled made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. There was a clear lack of care, concern, and professionalism in the customer service we received. We did not feel treated the same as other customers, and the overall interaction left us feeling that our business was not wanted. Being promised a service and then denied without proper explanation or consideration is extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for reliable service and respectful customer care.

Very disappointed with this company. We have used them several times before. We placed an online order on Thursday evening. My mom called on Friday and left a message inquiring about the delivery. Called again today (Saturday) where she was told they would come today. Almost 7pm still no delivery, my mom has had no heat for almost 48 hours.
