Clean Aire Systems

Todd and Davian were here today for about 3 hours. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do and were very professional while doing the job! I work from home and they did a great job working around me and trying to be quiet. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done! Great service and professional and very friendly.

Todd (Dr. Dryer Vent) and Davian were on time and very friendly. We had some unusual turns in our vent pipe that made it difficult to clean out. They went above and beyond to get our vent as clean as it was when it was installed. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were great to work with. We will have them (Clean Aire Systems) back for our heating/cooling vent cleaning! Thank you!!

Dear Heidi, As owner of Clean Aire Systems, I feel the need to respond to your negative experience with our company. I am sorry you were obviously having a bad day that was fueled by your neighbor yelling out to us, referring to you with obscenities as we drove in your driveway. When we pulled in, you released your Rottweiler unleashed which made us uncomfortable; we asked you to please contain your dog which you refused to do. Since you were the one displaying a very bad attitude, I decided that it was probably not a good idea to stay, so we left. I am saddened that you would write this review which is clearly not true. "Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service that Todd did in cleaning my air duct system and dryer vent in my home. Todd was very professional in his approach to the job. Todd answered all my questions with sincerity and offered suggestions as to what I could do to help with filtering the return air to the furnace. Also, the information about candle burning was very helpful."

Very unprofessional man showed up with a bad attitude right from the get-go. It only took about 10 minutes before he was asked to leave property. (I have it all on camera and audio) I will never refer this company.
