Hanke Landscape Supply (Formerly Bechtel Landscape Supplies)

After seeing how nice the stone looked that my neighbor ordered from here, I purchased the same stone for my property. When I placed the order, I confirmed I wanted the exact same stone as my neighbor - which they were able to look up. However, the stone they gave me looks a lot different and has a totally different color both when dry and wet - due to a ton of red stones being included in my delivery but none in my neighbors. My stone is labeled 1 in the pictures and my neighbors is 2. When I called to have this resolved, they told me nothing can be done and that's just the way nature is. If I knew the product would be a totally different look than my neighbors, I never would have purchased it. Beware!

Staff and Shawn were very helpful and were able to get mulch very next day! Will definitely order all landscaping needs from them!

We first purchased sand for use under our new paver path. Jasmine was so helpful over the phone. After calling numerous places in the area, she was one of a few who helped me calculate how much we needed and was so patient. (Seems simple but I had one place tell me to call me back AFTER I figured out how much I needed). We decided to also get topsoil from them. They delivered 6 yards last week and will be delivering another 6 tomorrow. They offer next day deliver and their driver was sooooooo nice. We plan on getting some mulch from them as well. They're product is good but more importantly, they're customer service is outstanding. Definitely a unique trait among all the places I called in the area!

I needed some topsoil for my yard, after calling a few places Hanke came through. Excellent customer service with Mike and my order was delivered same day! Hands down, they made the process easy, simple and efficient! Thank you Hanke!
