Dustin was our savior. No, actually! I contacted three other businesses for a time sensitive job (before the ground froze for winter) and none of them followed through. I contacted steger mini excavating for a project I wanted to get done. He came out and gave me a reasonable quote within a day or so. He gave me a time frame of when he could do the work. He showed up when he said he would. Was focused on my project. Started and completed it. Refreshing to hire somebody to do something and it just gets done. No wondering. The work he did was excellent! Did what I wanted him to do. Cleaned up everything when he was done. Everything you expect when you hire a contractor, but seldom get. We needed some additional parking space, so I looked around to find someone that could add a parking pad and then I found Steger. He did a great job. Dug out the top, hauled in and compacted the fill, then leveled everything out and transitioned in the sides nicely. Also had some good suggestions to future proof the pad by digging deep enough that it's now pre-prepped for concrete if I ever wanted to build on the pad. Great to work, courteous and great communication. Highly recommend.
