I first had a local plumber at our home who estimated I needed about $13,000 in work to add a new well pump and iron curtain, among other things he recommended. I learned about Ken and quickly got a second opinion from him. He tested our well pump and found some minor repairs that needed to be made that DID NOT require a new pump. As far as the iron curtain, he explained how we could make some adjustments to our water softener that would not require an iron curtain. He also explained the drawbacks of an iron curtain and when an iron curtain may be necessary which in our case, it was not necessary! Ken was a pleasure to work with and thanks to him everything is running smoothly and perfectly in our home. And, best of all, he saved us thousands of dollars!

We recently had Ken come to our home to help us with our water issues. Our well pump quit so we replaced it, had the water tested and it came back unsafe to drink. We then had the well chlorinated by this same local well company and the next water sample came back safe but we were wary of that diagnosis because upon our own research, this company had not followed the correct procedures to make sure there was no contamination going back into the well.
