Luke from Rural Sanitation walked me through the whole process and explained the system to me. I could tell he was knowledgeable and honest. He was easy to talk with and answered all my questions, he did the job well, and cleaned up before he left. Chris returned my initial call promptly and made scheduling easy. There is no reason I’d go anywhere else.

Always so quick to get the job done. Love that I just have to send a quick text to let them know to come out and my son loves when they show up!

Schulteis is always wonderful to deal with! They are always pleasant, and are really quick to come out even though I’m sure they are busy every day. If you need to let them know of any issue with the property the driver will call you personally and talk to you, that’s wonderful customer service!

Schulteis was great! They sent us a postcard before the county even sent us our 3-year reminder and after getting a few estimates, they were the best rate (along with the best customer service). All of my communication was with Nathan, who first explained that we would have to wait for the weight limits for the roads to be lifted before they could service our tank. He called last week to let us know the limits would be lifted on Monday and they could be at our house on Wednesday. The truck showed up this morning and was gone by 8:15am. I wouldn't have even known they were there had it not been for the invoice and my dogs barking. I highly recommend their services.
