‘Zero-stars’ was not an option. Jan. 2022, we paid Bryan Clemons $4891 to install solid supply ducting to the heating system at our home. We literally NEVER saw him after that. Ghosted us. Yesterday, November 3, 2022, we won our lawsuit against him in Clallam Superior Court. Got a judgment against him, and attached his contractor Bond. (update- Jul'23, after another Superior Court lawsuit, we won a judgement, got $4891 from his contractor bond - it's gone now, he still owes for atty fees and damages) His contractor license has been canceled by Washington state, his bonding company canceled him and he has no insurance. If he offers HVAC work, he's scamming. My recommendation, obv, is to steer clear.

Beyond happy with choosing Clemco to install our mini split (ductless heating/airconditioning unit). Bryan had Great communication, very knowledgeable, professional and does excellent work. We will definitely recommend him to friends and use him in the future. Quality install job, and took the extra time to give us a full tutorial on how our new system works.

Paid clemco 14,000 for a new heat pump. When he took our money, he had already lost his license bond and insurance. His distributor had alredy filed a lawsuit against him for non payment this all started in july of this year. Crook and con man

Called them to see if I could purchase a 5/16th to 1/4” adapter to check the pressure in my own DIY mini split install. One of their technicians met up with me in town and hooked me up with the adapter for free. Wouldn’t give me his name, but truly appreciative of your help Sir.

If only I could give zero stars! After taking our money, and awaiting his return…he ghosted us. Buyer beware. (Or just call Airflo like we learned the hard way.)
