Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace went out last night. Cloud had a tech here today shortly after 1:00. Jake French thoroughly cleaned my furnace and removed a water issue. I have never seen someone do such a thorough job. I was so impressed.

We were having issues with our furnace not blowing out heat, Trenton was able to come out the day we called. He was kind, courteous and explained what he found, along with his recommendations. We also selected the maintenance plan, which Trenton returned to do the service on the furnace. He was again, very kind and courteous, explaining his recommendations and was able to take care of the couple of items while he was here. We highly recommend Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning.

Thankful to have a reliable company like Cloud for our occasional home in Lawrence. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, and clear on the offerings to keep our furnace and A/C in good working order.
