We used Priority Solutions based on a recommendation in my neighborhood app when I was looking for someone to replace our fireplace brick. It ended up turning into an entire living room remodel. They took down our popcorn ceiling, they replaced the carpeting, they painted the walls and all the trim, they gave us new baseboards, they hung a new ceiling fan and all new blinds, and they demolished the old fireplace brick and put up veneer. The communication was excellent- when I texted it was promptly returned or when I called, the phone was answered. They walked us through the process from beginning to end. They told us who was coming to do what and what time they'd be there and they always showed up. We're already planning on using them next summer for our kitchen remodel. It was an excelle

Reed, Matt, and the remodel crew did excellent work on some major exterior wood rot repair and siding replacement. A previous addition to the back side of the house had severe wood rot on a structural post, the surrounding joists, and much of the connecting siding boards. They were thorough in exploring the options to best repair while also clarifying my expectations. The work was completed in one day and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I opted to paint myself so don’t let the finished pictures fool you, this was some intensive work done by the crew and I can sleep soundly knowing it’s been done the right way.

Zach, Matthew and their team were excellent. We can’t say enough good things about them, from start to finish. They came out to provide an estimate promptly, were incredibly thorough and professional during the quoting process, were very responsive with all questions throughout the entire process. The whole crew was great - incredibly hard working. Any questions we had were addressed right away. The quality of work was excellent and well priced.
