Dunco Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Have been a customer of Dunco for over 10 years. During that time have had outstanding service, However since Anthony took over, its a lousy run organization. Insist on monthly subscription instead of annual contract. Then constant stream of email and phone calls offering "free" electrical and plumbing checkups. Have been waiting 2 days for A/C tuneup and all I get is it's scheduled and they will be here. I will now cancel their "subscription" and get future service from a dependable and reputable company. This service already paid for or I would cancel it, assuming they even show up this week.

They’ve gone from being my first choice to last choice. The service was complete but filled with sales tactics. They offer a 10% discount if you subscribe to their monthly subscription, but they purposely make it really hard to cancel when you try to cancel. They used to be great but have been nothing but higher prices and pushy sales tactics ever since the merger.

I have used Dunco Heating for 30 years. During that time, I have realized that I consider them as experts and friends. I can count on them to provide honest and knowledgeable service. Dunco's prices are reasonable. When I need something custom, they will go to the effort needed so that I get what I want. Dunco truly cares about their clients.

Ever since their merger with Anthony things have gone downhill fast. I never receive anymore calls to setup ac or furnace service like they used to. They scrapped the annual maintenance plan for ac / furnace and offer an inflated cost plan for services I won't use. It's really sad because the old Dunco was a really good and solid company here in Lawrence.

We have used Dunco Heating for three houses over the years. The service folks are always very pleasant, friendly and professional. They explained exactly what the problem was in each case. They explained the pros and cons of updating our system. The quote seemed reasonable. They quickly installed the new system within a few days. We are very happy with their work.
