Matt was very friendly. He showed up on time and worked quickly. He was upfront about the repairs needed and how to maintain the system in the future to prevent issues. We had a different company come out first, and what they wanted to do seemed really excessive. We called Scott temperature and got a much better response from them and reasonable plan for repair.

Scott Temperature did a fantastic job installing a Samsung mini-split in our workshop. Jared provided a timely estimate with a couple of options to meet our needs. Evan did an outstanding installation, leaving the place cleaner than he found it. Scott Temperature was flexible in scheduling around other contractors and their estimate matched their invoice. We highly recommend Scott Temperature.

Matt is very pleasant and courtesy. He’s on time and very knowledgeable. He looked up my unit to see when they were installed and said the labor and parts were still covered under warranty. So I don’t have to pay for anything. When the parts come in, he will be back to get my units going again. Thank you Matt

Matt came quickly on a weekend and helped explain what was going on to us. He was professional and the price charged was reasonable. I really appreciate that this company sent me a text before Matt came over with a picture of him, for a little extra security on who is coming into your house. I had a good experience and I will call this business again if I need more HVAC services.

We have been in very close contact w Scott Temp as our mini split system failed due to a manufacturer defect. They were professional, patient and thorough over the month it took to get the factory to approve the warrantied parts, and to ensure it was all working completely and fully. I’m wired by their customer service and attention to detail. I was pretty cranky about the mini split (not their fault at all) and they were pretty kind as I vented my frustration about the manufacturer process. This whole team knows what they are doing!!!!
