This company is so good! We have used them several times and they are quick, reliable, and pricing is very fair. We had an issue with our garage door yesterday evening and reached out to Zach. He responded last night letting us know he would be here at 3pm today. Less than 24 hours from when it broke and on a Saturday! He was here right on time and had the garage door back up and running within 15 minutes. We highly recommend!

There are a lot of garage door repair companies in the area including metro KC but if possible I like to support local small business owners Taylor OD LLC being one of them . Zach / owner was super easy to work with setting up an appointment also was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and in addition gave me a quick garage door openers intro 101 in the operation of the door and reprogramming the remotes since I had recently moved from a property where this amenity wasn’t available. His was pricing was very fair and reasonable compared to other companies I called before I contacted him. Also after reading reviews posted by other customers I felt he was best guy to call to repair my garage door .

Zach came by after a full day of work to help us when a spring snapped. He got the door working again in no time. We decided to replace the old door and opener— he took care of it for us promptly. Now we have a beautiful, quiet and insulated door. Zach was easy to contact and schedule with. Definitely recommend Taylor!

He had to visit my old garage three times last year and finally we took the plunge on a new door that updated our home instantly at a great price.
