Comfort Systems did an excellent job! They were able to send a technician out quickly and he resolved the issue. Claire answered my initial phone call and arranged service as quickly as possible. Technician was knowledgeable and also provided some information to my husband to help maintain the furnace. We are very appreciative of the excellent service and overall experience. Two years ago I purchased a Condo that was 17 years old. I checked the HVAC unit and found that it was in need of replacement. I checked with people in my community and found that almost everyone I talked to said that Comfort Systems, Inc. would be the best place to go for the work I needed. I called them they came out and checked my unit and agreed that it needed replacement. They gave me a estimate which was lower than other people I had talked to in the Condos had paid for their HVAC replacement. I had them do the job, they were completely done in one day. They did a excellent job clean , neat , and fast. The Condo Management group came out and inspected the work, they were very happy with it. I cannot express how much I appreciate and respect this business and the people who own and are associated with it. From the initial phone call to the completed work, everyone was professional and kind. They were incredibly responsive--even in the aftermath of a huge ice/snow storm. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about what they were doing and why, what the problem ultimately proved to be, and what they had to do to fix it.
