Vernon Frost replaced both bathroom single faucet handles, including new connections under the sink. Later the same day he replaced an electrical dimmer switch that was faulty and installed a new LED electrical fixture, with multiple brightness functions and a toggle switch, above the kitchen counter. Mr. Frost arrived on time, completed all four jobs and went the extra mile to do his work! He is personable and a master craftsman. He is personable and takes pride in his work. We would highly recommend him for any Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning work that needs doing!

I purchased a new HVAC system from Hamilton Refrigeration about six months ago, and recently we started having issues with the heat not coming on. After a few cold days without heat, I called Hamilton, and Vernon showed up almost immediately. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had us back up and running—and he didn’t even charge us. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers, but Hamilton Refrigeration does exactly that. I got lucky a number of years ago when my shower started leaking and Vernon was the guy who called me back after I made a bunch of emergency phone calls. He figured out where the leak was and charged a really reasonable amount for fixing it. Since then, Hamilton Plumbing has done a number of repairs, replaced my water heater and installed a new heat pump for me. Yes, I still call for emergency leaks and they always respond promptly. I have continued to work with them as they explain thoroughly and give me options when possible. They are not bargain basement plumbers but by no means expensive. Work you can trust at a reasonable rate. Nothing else really needs to be said.

Love everything you want to love about a Plumbing service company. Vernon is wonderful and amazing overload! Answers his phone or calls back right way. He will respond to text messaging promptly. Gives estimate promptly. His estimate was the cheapest of my 3 estimates. Follows up on any questions or concerns which is the best customer service. His work, and the amazing part, cleaning up after his work is complete, is outstanding! You will love Hamilton Plumbing!
