If I could enter -100 star rating, I absolutely would. What a an absolute joke of a plumbing company this is. If you DON'T want to be scammed and ripped off, PLEASE DO NOT use them for any of your plumbing needs: PART 1: My basement flooded on 2/14/26. This was mainly due to an issue with a leak in my water service line. The water that started flooding the basement was exacerbated further due to a sumn pump failure which obviously did not help the situation. As you can imagine since this occurred on Valentine's Day, getting a hold of plumbers last minute was a hassle. I had to call a neighbor of mine who is a plumber to change the sumn pump who came out same day. Otherwise, the flooding would have been much worse than what is was. Mike and the entire team at Wes Plumbing are the best. They respond quickly to our questions and service calls and also consistently beat any competitors prices. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is the second time we’ve used Wes Plumbing (they installed a new water heater today) and we appreciate the helpful information, the careful work and the friendly staff (Joe and Justin). They arrived on time and did a great job. Highly recommended!

We were able to get a guy out today on a Saturday in frozen baltimore county. Recently had a larger repair done. Both were smooth and professional. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
