JES Foundation Repair

This summer I had JES come out for total driveway repair.  They were going to replace the parts that could not be lifted and repair the rest.  I specifically told them I am looking to sell so it needs to look seamless.  The concrete was a completely different color than my existing and is an eyesore.  I regret having them do anything!  As far as the concrete repair goes, they did not finish.  There are several cracks that were not repaired.  The guys they hired were in a rush and told my neighbor they need to go to Philly for a job!  From the beginning I specifically stated it not an urgent rush, that I want it done correctly.  They left before I could say anything. The jokes were free! Cooper was absolutely amazing and thorough! I appreciate his time and dedication to making sure i understood my problems and what i can do to be fixed! He made sure everything he explained was clear and understood. I learned a lot from him just by viewing the videos of how foundation, leaks etc work! All this was for free! I’m so glad that they offer Free estimates and it goes to show they are A+ and standing firm on business! Cooper took his time and was here for over 2 hours! I called JES for mold concerns in crawl spaces and also found that I had some structural support issues. Celeste C. came out to inspect and was awesome- knowledgeable and thorough. Tyler Holthaus, Brandon Warren, Larry Robinson Jr, and Roosevelt White did an amazing job, efficient and great attention to detail. Really nice guys working in some especially tricky tight spots! Very happy with the work and would highly recommend JES.

About five years ago JES took care of our crawl space and they have been making annual checks every year. This year Chris Phillips made the visit and he was very thorough and careful with the inspection. Then he checked the foundation around the house. He was a delight to work with and we signed on for another five years. I would recommend JES to anyone.

One of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of working with. They sell "basement waterproofing" but all their system is water management that essentially just lets the water perc under your floor and is not conveyed in any way to the sump pump. Shame on me for not doing more research but I truly didn't understand their system until they started installing it. They sell a "gutter system" to convey the water to the sump pump pit, however their gutter is not a continuous pipe/gutter, the seams are butt joints so if water ever did find its way into the gutter it would go back down those open joints back into the stone under the slab. You will see in the attached pictures they had no intention of making the gutter continuous as they just had open corner joints, I called them out
