We needed to replace the carpet in our back office before putting the house on the market and we worked directly with Joey the owner who assured us that they could replace the carpet QUICKLY. The entire process was seamless. Shawn came out for measurements and was very respectful of our home and extremely professional throughout the measurement process. Top Notch is exactly what you would expect from their name … top notch! From beginning to end the process of choosing carpet for our new home was easy and enjoyable. Their installers did a wonderful job, and they took their time to make sure installation was done right! Everyone at the Top Notch team is wonderful to work with. 11/10 recommend!

I can not thank Top Notch Flooring enough. My husband and I are expecting our first child in January and had carpet that was destroyed by our two dogs. It was builder grade and in really bad shape. We were going to buy flooring from Home Depot but I decided to stop in to Top Notch. Joey was very friendly and educational about the different flooring and the price came under HD price!!. He allowed me to take the floor sample home and see it in our space. We ordered the flooring and within 2 weeks it was delivered. Great customer service is hard to come by, but these guys went above and beyond with communication. Top Notch Flooring America never disappoints! We have used them for flooring in our primary residence and rental properties for many years. The team is always responsive, professional, and thorough. The installers sent us pics of the finished product and even placed a small remnant at the entrance way to catch outside dirt/debris from our shoes. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs!
