Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning

Needed an ignitor. Called they had the part at my house and installed within an hour. Great service thank you guys!!!

Spoke to Jason 10/10/25 who said he would call back and never called.Spoke to Tim10/20/25 who also said he would call back in the morning and he never called back . Would not recommend.

Called Jason and his team because my heater was working intermittently. Sent out a technician same day and got it working again! The technician Chris was super friendly, and explained what the issue was. Good pricing as well. If you are having heating or air conditioning issues, make sure to give Comfort Zone a call!

Very, very disappointing experience with Comfort Zone. As a property owner I had been using heavily every month to maintain my properties. They are very premium-priced, but would show up. However, the last job that I had them on for a $1600 repair did not last two weeks. I had to call three times to get a response from Jason. I wasn't asking for my money back, but I wanted to work out a deal going forward given I spent $1600 for really nothing except burst water pipes as the house froze. Jason ended up telling me that I talked them into doing the job. Whaaaat? There are better services out there, companies that stand behind their service, and I'd strongly encourage you to shop.

They were booked solid but understand life happens and they worked their team so that they were able to get our heat up and running within 3 hours of our call. I cant say enough about these folks, thank you so much. Earned a new customer with several homes in their area, we cant be more excited and more pleased with what they've shown. Thank you so much.
