Complete Appliance Service

I’ve used Complete several times in the past few years. Complete appliance is my ‘go to’ for any appliance issues. The service rep explained what he thought the problem was and gave an estimate before doing any work. In addition he cleaned out the dryer lint trap down deep where you can’t reach!

Again, I am very pleased with the service obtained from Complete Appliance Service. The issue was not an emergency, but they still scheduled a visit in a timely manner. This time the issue was with the refrigerator not making ice in the freezer ice maker. The issue was evaluated, and the needed repair part information was obtained. The ice maker in the door was doing just fine. I felt no pressure to have the part replaced at this time and we will contact Complete if the icemaker fails again to routinely make ice. The ice maker is currently working fine. Complete is again - very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

This is the second time we have used this company. Each time there has been exceptional communication in their arrival times, the issues were repaired as requested and their technician is friendly and helpful in explaining what the issues were. They are my go-to when I need repairs.
