RiteRug Flooring & Carpet Showroom & Outlet - Heath

We recently purchased 1740 square feet of 50oz. Cenci RiteRug carpet and Major2 padding. Our sales representative Amy, at Lancaster Ohio location was very knowledgeable, great to work with and very easy to communicate with when needed. Scheduling and installation was prompt and great. Our 3 man installation crew were very respectful, hard working and did a fantastic job. Very satisfied with carpet, padding and our discussion to purchase from RiteRug again, we have been satisfied customers every time we purchase from RiteRug.

Very happy with the installation that Rite Rug (Heath, Oh) did in our home. The crew was hard working and professional. Cleaned up everything and made sure we were satisfied with their work before they left. From sales to finished job, they were great!

As my husband and I were starting to shop for new carpet in our new home. He was dead set on Americas Floor Source. And, I mentioned RiteRug Flooring. He said absolutely not. As we were driving in Heath Ohio I saw a Wright road flooring and ask him to pull in. And we did that’s where we met Chris Rutter. Thank goodness for such a kind and fair person to work with. Through many changes. And, being undecided on colors, Chris stayed very patient with me. We finally came up with a decision on the carpet that made myself and my husband very happy. Love flooring. Installers were fast & efficient but our sales person was not as attentive & did not follow through with answering our questions! First he over ordered by a whole box which costs $114.00. They did finally refund & take back unopened box but they charged us $ 2.00 a sq foot to lay the box returned. They would not refund it said that was for handling it! Feel this was unfair and was not our fault! So they made an extra $50 plus for doing nothing.

We had a wonderful experience with Rite Rug! Everyone was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. We love our new carpet! Jade was great to work with and we are happy customers!
