As an owner of a 2003 Leisure Bay spa (out of business), it's always a challenge finding parts. Our local spa repair company recommended a replacement part from Wild West based on their past experience and compatibility with my old spa. After placing an order, Wild West contacted me since the part I ordered had been discontinued and they didn't have enough to fill the order. They provided another compatible part (that turned out to be even better quality) at the same price. Their wonderful service team made an extra effort to make sure the part, one I asked for and a newer version, would work in my spa. They were very nice and super helpful. I met the owner Scott to shop swim spas. He had what I was interested in and agreed to write up a quote for my review within a day or two 10 days went by before I called him to remind him of my quote. Another week went by before I stopped in to tell him to forget it. That I would go elsewhere.

Honestly if I could leave NO stars I would. Horrible customer service. Might as well have a no return policy with the hassle it is to return anything. Bought something 15 minutes prior, got down the road and realized I had the wrong thing. Went straight back to return it with the original receipt and after waiting 15 more mins the “manager” tried to play they “this is used so we can not refund” card! Over priced. Prices don’t match at the register what they were on the rack. Small selection. They have two teenagers running the register who do not seem to know anything about pools/spas. Will NOT be going back!!

Everyone there was super nice and the owner REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF about water issues. My pool water was so bad I had FROGS in it! Within a week and a half I had crystal clear water again. Another BIG pool company in Columbus told me to drain the whole thing and start again with new water. Wet N Wild is great on their prices too. I won't go anywhere else.
