Called Performance after my A/C went out on a 95 degree day. They came out on the time specified the next day. Teresa was the tech and promptly found the problem and made the repairs. She was very professional and polite and respected my home and property. I would highly recommend Performance for your Heating and Cooling needs.

Overall very happy with the quick and knowledgeable service of Teresa. I would recommend Performance Heating & Cooling Service to anyone needing help with their HVAC. Our AC unit was out and I called Performance to come out to help us battle the heat. Within an hour Teresa was able to find the issue was a blown out capacitor and cool air is cranking through the vents.

I had them come out for a second opinion after another company gave me a diagnostic that didn't seem right, the previous company told me I had a bad heating element and bad limit switch and wanted $2,100 to repair. Performance came out and it was two missing screws on my blower, it shifted out of place. $75 service call was all and they fixed it. They saved me $2,000 for being honest, and for being honest they gained a customer for life and unlimited referrals, I will never call another company even if they're closed after hours I would rather wait until next day to call Performance.
