We are so very pleased with Gary and Smith Overhead Door Service. From the quote to the installation of our new door, Gary was friendly and very patient with our many questions, and maintained great communication throughout. The door is awesome and he matched it exactly to the door on our older garage. He also fixed our older garage door track, which had not been installed correctly from years ago! We could not be more pleased. We felt his price was very fair. Smith Overhead Door is a class act!! I highly recommend Gary for any garage door service you need.

Would definitely recommend Smith Overhead Door Service. Gary recently replaced all five panels on the overhead door on my unattached garage after the top two panels were damaged. Most other companies I had out to give estimates wanted to replace the entire system – opener, rails, door, etc. – for MANY thousands of dollars. Gary offered a reasonable solution to fix the problem for much less money. He was very knowledgeable, suggesting a more appropriate torsion spring and adjusting the opener's force setting. He also added a strut and opener bracket – every step he took made sense in adding to the performance and safety of the system. He also lubed the hinges/rollers/spring on the door – and did the same to the overhead door on my attached garage while he was onsite. Finally, the estimate –

He made time in his schedule quickly to stop by and inspect and quote us, came out a few days later, repaired our damaged door, greased everything, sold us an backup opener, and programmed our old keypad. Highly recommend. Prompt, fair, great communication, and just a solid guy!

Gary is just amazing! We live in an old house and whenever we update something it never goes smoothly. But not so with Gary. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue and had a workable solution immediately. He replaced our garage opener quickly and with no problems.
