We had a leak around our chimney that damage the wall inside and left us with a moldy mess. Ray was easy to reach and got the ball rolling to get a crew out to assess and repair the damage. Jose did a great job keeping us informed and keeping the project moving along and had a great teammate Roodby. Ray was patient and professional with the tons of questions I had. Usually don’t review, but Rays service was truly so neat, organized and quick. By far one of the fastest, responding and calmly oriented men. Him and his partner drove out 45 minutes and resolved our problem quick. It’ll take 2-3 days to dry our water problem but truly a man of his word. I had complete mold mitigation done in my crawlspace. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. We waited a bit for materials to arrive, but that was outside of their control. The communication throughout the process was timely and much appreciated (even when they were waiting for materials to arrive). You could tell they know what they're doing.
