Zebulon Floor Coverings

We have had a lot of home improvement work done by Zebulon Floor Covering and they always make a normally stressful situation a wonderful experience. Michael and Jennifer are a pleasure to work with and their staff is top notch! In the middle of big projects there are always problems that come up and ideas that change…. They just flow with it and are so good-natured about making your home exactly what you want it to feel like. Everyone that works for them is so respectful of your living space. Mark is a genius, Billy can make anything happen that you can dream of, Chris - I NEVER want anyone but him doing my sheet rock and painting. Jennifer is always straight up with what’s possible and Michael can read your mind! The entire experience was a pleasure and I sit in my new kitchen

I was highly impressed by the people and the workmanship of Zebulon Floor Coverings. From the initial estimate to project completion, Michael, Heidi and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful and extremely professional. I will use them again without any hesitation.

Everyone was very professional, friendly and great to work with. I didn’t think they could meet my unrealistic deadline for getting house ready to sell. They did my floors in my master bath, my beautiful shower tile , new carpet in 3 bedrooms and even finished before my deadline! Great company I will definitely call again.

We had a consult scheduled with Jennifer today. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never in my whole life have i been treated with such disrespect in a customer service setting. We were offered no assistance and were belittled in our decision making process. The price quoted ended up being almost twice as much as the originally agreed upon amount. Very unpleasant experience. Would never spend my hard earned money here.

They were very kind and helpful to me. They have beautiful flooring and much more!
