Highly dissatisfied with the service they tried to provide. They were recommended to me by a neighbor so I gave them a shot. The house I just bought is infested with fleas. They came out and sprayed resulting in absolutely nothing changing, I called and they came back the following Monday and sprayed again, yielding the same result. After the second treatment I was told “we don’t know what to tell you, I’ll just have them issue a refund.” I gave them two stars because they did give me a refund, however when getting another pest control service out I needed to have a list of chemicals that patriot sprayed (which state law says they should have already provided to me) so that way no wrong chemicals could be mixed.
