Getting a good contractor these days is very hit or miss. Very happy I chose Middle Georgia Water Systems. If there were a higher star rating than 5 I'd give it. These guys from the office to the field are seasoned professionals and truly focused on the customer. I got timely phone calls from the office and the technicians about when they would be here to work. When our well pump motor failed they took care of it in less than four hours. That's pulling the old pump, installing new one and double torque arrestors, replacing the wire, replacing the pressure tank, replacing pressure switch and installing a pressure gauge. Without breaking a sweat. They had everything on the truck. And the total came to about $2,500 (your price may vary) which I see as very reasonable for all that mat

Called on a Monday morning and they were here by 12:45, same day. Big shoutout to Donny and Thomas as they completed a new pump, bladder, pressure switch, wire and gauge in about 4 hours. Thank you so much for a job "well" done!

This company was immediately responsive to an emergency failure of the plumbing around a 25-year old well that started leaking. They recommended we shut off electricity to the well pump to prevent a burnout and then within 24 hours the cause of the leak was resolved and the well water supply restored. The technicians were professional, focused, and efficient. I mentioned that several plumbers had mentioned low water pressure so these techs checked out the pressure tank in the crawl space and found that it was blocked and probably had not been serviced within 25 years. The system now is running perfectly and the water pressure in the house is significantly increased. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Senoia/Brooks/Peachtree City/Newnan area for any well-related service issues.

Very professional, patient and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and explain everything to us and talk us through what needed to be done. Byron/Thomas were very friendly and were able to assist us with the water in and quickly with no problems. They were here on time and got things up and running I really appreciate them!!
