Greg provided a very thorough and detailed inspection report including a large number of photos and notes for items of concern, both big and small. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the report completed and available within a few hours of the inspection. He also took the time to call and let me know it was ready, which was appreciated as the email had gone to my spam folder in error, and answered several questions for me, taking the time to ensure I understood. I would highly recommend his services.

Greg completed our new construction home inspection. He and his wife were extremely professional and friendly. They have a great reporting system that compiles the defects along with pictures as they walk around. He encourages the homeowner to walk alongside him so they can be made aware of problems on the spot. His pricing is very fair and the report was ready the SAME DAY!! He fit us into a last minute cancellation and his communication was responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Greg came out to do our home inspection. He was on time, very friendly and made sure we understood what was an issue, WHY it was an issue and gave his opinion on what needed to be done to fix it. He also gave us "fyi"s of what we should be aware of that wasn't a big deal but felt we should know about. His report was available the same day and easy to read and understand. If we have a need for a home inspector in the future Greg is my first choice and I will recommend him to anyone else that needs a home inspection done.
