As a landscape architect for 40 years, I only use Cool Pool and spa for all my clients design and build pool projects! . What’s nice about them after the pool is built they have a beautiful service department and they handle the maintenance of the entire pool i’ve worked with many Pool companies also over the years and I find them to be honest,trustworthy, dependable. They don’t sugarcoat the pricing and give you a low price to get the job and then they add on after they start the job like other pool companies I’d find I’d rather know everything upfront. i’ve worked with them for 25+ years. Their office staff is superb. Their workers are outstanding most of the workers I’ve been with them for 25 years or so highly recommend them.

I switch to Cool Pool several years ago from another local provider. I find their service excellent, whenever I have an issue they're always out very quickly to take a look at it. I've had several issues with my pool over the years, as it's an old pool, and they have taken care of everything. I use them for opening and closing and servicing when I have issues but I usually maintain my own pool. However one year when I wasn't able to they took over and did a great job. I'm very pleased with their service I would highly recommend them!!

We’ve had such a positive experience with our pool company and their team. Our technician, Hugo, is outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and always thorough with maintenance, vacuuming, and cleaning. Behind the scenes, Michele, the pool team coordinator, keeps everything organized and running smoothly—always responsive and proactive. And when it comes to construction, Mando and his team have been equally professional and detail-oriented. It’s rare to find a company where every member is this reliable and dedicated. We feel very fortunate to be in such capable hands and highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert pool care.

We put our pool in about 5 years ago. Working with the cool pool team has been the funnest home renovation we have done yet. Mondo and Mike both made the experience so easy and enjoyable! We really enjoyed working with them!
