Home depot use them as the contractor. They were suppose to call me for a measurement appointment after I bought my garage door. Never got that call. So I called them to make the appointment, made the appointment and they never showed up. Left several messages they never called back. Final got in contact with them - never apologized for not showing or calling, just said they can’t come again til 8/1… I hope they come!!! I bought my door 7/14 Remind u this appointment isn’t even for the installation….. I hope the installation goes well.. so far the customer service is horrible.
Great service. Great price. Had a simple repair needed on my garage door and C&R were fast, friendly and efficient at a very reasonable price. 5 stars!!!
