I had an excellent experience with Creative Cabinet Works. The bottom and back of one of my kitchen drawers completely broke, but the front was still in great shape. I dropped the drawer off, and in less than two business days they had it fully rebuilt — good as new! Customer service was exceptional both over the phone and in person. It is so refreshing to find a local business that will take on small projects, especially as a homeowner when you don’t need a full remodel, just quality repair work. They truly showed me that the little projects count too, and absolutely made my day. I highly recommend Creative Cabinet Works and will definitely be back if I need anything else.

I’ve used this company in the past and they did a great job. Not sure if management has changed since last year. But now I was wanting to use them again for wall to ceiling cabinets and can’t for the life of me get anywhere with them. So for that, I’d say they’ve become extremely unreliable.

Had a fantastic experience with creative cabinets. They designed, and built the entire interior of my cabin. They went out of their way to creat innovative design products for this project. Every detail was methodically executed. We could not be happier. Exceeded expectations by 10. Pricing was very competitive especially for quality of products. The owners staff and employees are ALL fantastic. Its like being part of their family. Have referred family and friends to them and every opportunity. Highly recommended.

Very professional and thorough. John and Jane were always very pleasant, understanding, and most of all patient with us as we were designing our bathroom. My wife and I made several "special" requests last minute and they were always more than accommodating and understanding. The work was done when they said it would be and our cabinets looks fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants professional quality and service.

Can't speak to the quality of work from this business; however, don't waste your time if you have a "small" job. I contacted this business at the beginning of the year (March 2022) to modify a cabinet over the kitchen range to accommodate a new exhaust hood. Was told they could do the work, but wouldn't be able to get to it until August or September. I was fine with the wait. However, called back last week to get the project scheduled and was told they wouldn't be able to get to it for another 6+ months, since they were tied up with other projects. Poor communication and lack of follow up from this company.
