We had a wonderful experience with Crowe! Shawn was able to come out and survey the request the day after our inquiry, which was awesome. The entire team worked in very cold/tough conditions to complete the install- really admirable and appreciated. They brought along fencing options for us to view, to ensure we would love the aesthetic and kept in communication on timing and expectations. The pricing was great, and the overall product/install was fantastic- we love it!

Love our new cedar fence and lamppost! Mike, Shawn and the entire crew were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and willing to share ideas with us. The crew was equally professional and experienced, with great attention to detail in handling ‘punchlist’ type items. We would have given 5 stars but did not have a good experience with a person in the front office early on in the planning phase, e.g. initially poor communication with planning the job dates…but the owners made up for it 100% after we were able to talk with them directly. We would definitely use Crowe Fence again and highly recommend!

We had an excellent crew from Crowe Fence install our aluminum railings for our new front entrance. They were polite, fun, cleaned the site up. I highly recommend them for your fence, railings, and supply needs. Every person who we had interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with one of the post and without hesitation they ordered a new one a replaced it, no questions asked just great customer service. Thank you Shawn, Mike, Ryan, and Ann! Used Crowe to install a fence and gate and everything went great. Shawn and Rick were great to work with! Rick was super knowledgeable and the crew that came for the install were great. They were fast, cleaned up well, were respectful of my property and were easy to work with. I had experienced the same communication issues that other reviewers mentioned with other jobs prior to this one but when I called this time they said there is new ownership and they are going to be ramping business back up. After meeting the Shawn and the guys everything went super smooth and I am very pleased with the outcome. I know recent reviews are pretty harsh but it seems like the tide is turning here and in my experience that was absolutely the case and I would call them again next time I'm in need!
